Heard of Granola bars? Have you ever think of making our Formula 1 shake into bars too? This might be sound challenging right? Well it is possible!! Below is the Recipes to do so! It MIGHT sound hard, but actually it is quite simple so get your hand and equipments and start making it today!

- 1 Cup Formula I (any flavor)
- 1 Cup Dry Non-fat Powdered Milk
- 3/4 Cup Regular Oatmeal (not instant)
- 1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds (optional)
- 1/3 Cup Reduced Fat Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Honey or 3 Dessert spoons.
- Water plus a few drops
It will be really dry. Presses into an 8” square pan and refrigerate. Cut into 8 bars and individually wrap. Store in refrigerator.
1 Bar + Tablets + Water = a meal -DrDiet!
