
Refreshing Shake
It's Recipe time! Refreshing Shake is very simple to made and all the ingredients are rich in fibre and vitamins that needed by our body. This healthy breakfast will sure be able to brighten your morning and provide you with tremendous amount of energy!
Ingredients:
- 1 glass diced papayas/melon
- 2 bananas
- 3/4 glass low fats milk
- 2 scoops vanilla formula 1 shake
- 1/2 glass fresh orange juice
- 5 cubes of ice(optional)
How to Prepare:
- Add diced papayas/melon into a tall blender
- Break the bananas into small portions and dump into blender
- Pour in the milk and formula 1 shake
- Add orange juice and ice cubes
- Blend till smooth (if ice is used, blend until it is just smooth to have the 'ice-blended' feel when you drink it.)
- Serve chilled
Note: The refreshed feeling is not a lie :)
